For those of you who know, I am not a runner! However, when the opportunity arose for me to take part in the London Marathon for the most amazing charity, I couldn't not.

As many of you know, Lexi was a family friend to me who when she was 7 years old was diagnosed with a DIPG brain tumour and was only given 9 months to live. In January 2016, Lexi grew her wings at the age of 8. Children with cancer are an amazing charity who do inspiring work to help children who are diagnosed with cancer.

I have done my fair share of raising money for Lexi and charities that work with children like her, I have skydived, climbed The Three Peaks and done various fundraising events to help raise as much money and awareness as possible. These past couple years I have been wondering what the next challenge for me could be, so in April 2024 I will be running the London Marathon in memory of our angel Lexi and hoping to raise as much money and awareness as possible.
