A few years ago I lost my Brother-in-Law to Multiple Sclerosis. I witnessed first hand the devastating effect that MS can have on a person who suffers from it and also how it affects the wider family.

More recently, one of our work colleagues has been diagnosed with MS. Despite everything, she still battles on like the trooper she is. A real inspiration to us all.

In May, I will compete in the 2026 Etape Caledonia, a 120km cycle event that I hope to complete in order to raise awareness and funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society in the hope that one day they can find a cure for MS
