Our little Harry has been born with a cleft palate, we were totally unaware of this till it come to light after being discharged from hospital, Harry wasn’t feeding well, our midwife done her checks and spotted the cleft in his mouth. I had never heard of a cleft in the mouth only on the lips! Harry is on Dr Brown bottles to feed and awaiting for an operation to fix the cleft. I will be getting the steps in whilst I get Harper out either walking, scootering or biking also!! More information below and the CLAPA charity which I hope to help raise funds for. 💙

Three babies are born with a cleft lip and/or palate every day in the UK, and they face a 20-year treatment pathway which can continue well into adulthood.

We receive no NHS or government funding and we rely on donations to continue our vital work.
