Five years on from our last challenge, we’re setting out on something even bigger — In the Race Across Europe (inspired by the TV Show) to raise money for Prevent Breast Cancer.

We’ll be travelling from Amsterdam to Prague in just three days, passing through checkpoints and completing challenges along the way and spending as little as possible. It’s a tough challenge, but one we’re taking on with purpose. Every penny raised will help drive us forward and support life-saving research.

Breast cancer has been an unwelcome part of our lives for many years, and like so many others, we’ve seen first-hand the impact it can have. This journey is about more than the finish line — it’s about helping to change the future for others. We’re doing this for the women we’ve lost, the women we love, and the women who still have time to rewrite their story.

Thanks to research, Tammy and her sister were given the opportunity to undergo surgery for a preventative bilateral mastectomy in 2020 after discovering they were at high risk of familial breast cancer, after losing their Cousin and later their Mum. That chance existed because of the work charities like Prevent Breast Cancer continue to fund — and it’s proof that research truly saves lives as Tammy’s biopsy came back with the precursor to Breast Cancer.

We’re raising money to support Prevent Breast Cancer’s new Research Unit, helping to fund vital work into early detection, prevention, and improved outcomes for future generations.
