Crunch gave me the opportunity to run a last minute London marathon place for Shaw Trust, who are a leading employment charity making rewarding work accessible for all, no matter on background or ability.

Each year Shaw Trust support hundreds of thousands of people to achieve their full potential. From providing nurturing children's homes and supporting young people to achieve their potential by building their confidence, skills and experience to helping people overcome the barriers preventing them from finding meaningful work, including tailored support for those with health challenges, their support makes a difference.

Growing up, my mum was a social worker and then counsellor specialising in children from difficult and adoptive backgrounds, so from what she could tell me, I have some understanding in what fair and equal access to opportunity is like.
