Around 25 of my colleagues and I are embarking on another hike - last year we walked a marathon so this year it is 27 miles in the Shropshire hills and the possibility of a 20 mile bike-ride the day before.

I am supporting the Faith Christian group which works with the homeless in Reading and runs a massively needed Food bank. I regularly give food to Readifood, but I thought that this year for my charity sponsorship I should try and give them more than just some tins and boxes.

During the cost of living crisis I feel it is more and more important to support charities who are working to channel food to those who really need it.
