Between May 27 & June 3, I'll be walking the Ceredigion section of the Wales Coast Path - I'll be walking around 65 miles with lots of ups and downs. I'm doing this in support of the Bevan Foundation - I'm a trustee and would really appreciate it if you would support their work.
