This year I will be doing BOTH the London to Brighton 55 mile cycle ride on the 13 September AND the Great South Run on the 18 October . This means a LOT of training and working my legs and stamina.

Not only will I be having my work hat on as part of Churchers Solictiors, but will also have my Town Councillor hat on representing Pan and Barton Ward and will be bringing awareness to the wonderful charity that is Friends of the Animals.

When I went to my co-option interview at Newport Town Council I expressed my ethos of promoting pets for mental health support. I also believe that money should not be a barrier for responsible pet ownership. Friends of the Animals are the one charity that will help anyone struggling for money with vets bills and neutering costs, alongside their amazing animal rescue.

Please follow my journey and help me raise money for this really worthwhile local charity.
