Following the medical incident on Saturday 21st October when the air ambulance attended one of our players, we wish to raise money to support this great charity. Without the assistance and speedy response of the Air Ambulance, our player may not have made the full recovery he has done.

Tamworth Hockey Club will be hosting Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club in a charity match - push back at 3.30pm on Saturday 16th December at QEMS Landau Forte B79 8AH with mulled wine and mince pies being served during the match. Sutton were the original opponents on 21st October and provided fantastic support during and after the incident.

Everyone is warmly invited back to Tamworth Cricket Hockey & Squash Club, Hopwas B78 3AT where the bar will be open and food on offer from 5pm onwards. Fundraising activities will continue with the "big prize" raffle (includes a laptop, round of golf, vouchers for bowling & crazy golf, 2 course meal for 2 at The Wiggington) together with a bottle raffle and football card for a cash prize.

Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day.

The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The charity receives no government funding for its daily missions.
