One in seven Jewish homes; over 6,500 people across our city region and 120 elderly residents and tenants at Heathlands Village benefit from our safety net every year.

Our unparalleled services for Jewish people in need across Greater Manchester address every type of social care issue, and demand for them is unrelenting:

• supporting complex social work cases involving severe mental ill-health and attempted suicide;

• rehousing elderly people, those experiencing mental health challenges or anyone fleeing domestic abuse who has become homeless;

• combating social isolation and loneliness through structured activities and one-to-one support;

• providing essential assistance to families, including lone parents, caring for children with life-limiting conditions or acute behavioural issues;

• offering loving care in a state-of-the-art Jewish environment at Heathlands Village for those who could not afford it without community support;

• resolving day-to-day challenges such as supporting someone with their shopping, accompanying them to a hospital appointment, or simply taking them out for coffee.
