My husband Rob and myself (Tania) lives were turned upside down within five weeks, from 3rd November 2025. That was the date we first went to our GP with concerns about Rob’s health, to the start of his first treatment for a High Grade Central Nervous System Lymphoma. It was one appointment after another with information to be taken in. We were given printed off sheets and books written by the charity Lymphoma Action. Their information about this blood cancer and with testimonials from others, having gone through similar treatments, gave us hope, and though Rob did not want to know more than needed, I found the information gave me the strength to support Rob through his treatment. We want to raise money for Lymphoma Action, so they can help many more patients and carers, as they did us.

So we are doing a weekend of events, Saturday September 5th 2026, 5pm to 7pm, at Cropredy Village Hall OX17 1PA NR Banbury. A fun evening, free entry, with games for all the family, refreshments and raffle including a weekend away in a self catering cottage near Salisbury.

Sunday 6th September a History walk around the area of Cropredy about 6 miles giving some Historical information whilst you walk. A £20 donation will include a Lymphoma T shirt and refreshments at start and finish. Start Cropredy Sports Pavilion OX17 1PQ, 10am meet 10.30 start walk.
