For the fifth year running Team Burberry is taking part in the Saucony (previously Asics) London 10k, raising funds for First Love Foundation and this year I am joining them. This will be the furthest I have run in years! :-)

First Love Foundation is a charity that has been tackling poverty in Tower Hamlets, one of the poorest boroughs in London, since 2010. Their holistic model of support has been helping many families and individuals out of crisis and extreme poverty. They believe in more than just alleviating immediate needs. They are dedicated to fostering lasting change.
