But seriously we have been loving it, we have been training at Earth Trust HQ since March and we've been joined by different members of the staff team who have cheered us on throughout our training.

We are doing the relay race which means we get 3 x 400m runs and 3 x labours each:

Amy - 60 x 24kg Deadlift + 60 x 2x6kg Push Press +

60 x 10kg Clean + Press + 3 x 400m runs

Tan - 240m farmers carry 2x16kg + 240m front carry 20kg plate + 120m bear crawl + 3 x 400m runs

Lorna - 60m lunges 2x7.5kg + 60m burpee Broad jump +180m overhead carry 1x10kg plate + 3 x 400m runs

Nic - 60 x 9kg Snatch + 60 x 12kg goblet squat + 20 x 2x5kg devils press + 3 x 400m runs

It is deadly and there are a dozen of them, wish us luck!
