In March this year we lost our daughter to suicide. The past 5 months have been devastating to us and to everyone that knew and loved Kades.

In Kades memory we are trying to highlight the effects of suicide and the importance of talking to anyone you trust.

In September we are taking on TWO challenges!

On the 14th September a few of us will be running the Swansea Bay 10k then on the 28th of September 11 of us will be completing a skydive, there is also a raffle to go along with these challenges so please reach out if you'd like some tickets!

Please help us raise as much as we can for this incredible charity who stepped in when we needed them most and who have been a phenomenal support to us, and Kadys brother and sister. I know times are tight, any amount you can spare we are more than grateful for.

Sandy Bear exist to support children, young people and families in the lead up to or following the death of somebody special to them. Our 1:1 and peer group support enables young people to explore and understand the process of death, dying and grief in a safe, age appropriate environment.

Our work supports immediate emotional health needs and helps build resilience, confidence and the ability for them to go on to be the best versions of themselves, not held back by past experiences.
