Many of you will already know it's been a challenging year for us, as a family. Angela, my dear Mum, under went an intense course of treatment for cancer over the summer. Too many people I know have been affected by such devastating news. I hope that by supporting The Stan Bowley Trust in their research that more people living through cancer can be treated with positive outcomes.

It is well known that cancer will affect one in every two people during their life, so we need to do everything we can to fight this awful disease. CyberKnife is robotic radiotherapy treatment that is able to treat previously untreatable tumours. Because it can deliver high doses of radiation with sub millimetre accuracy, it access parts of the body that were too difficult with traditional surgery and because it is so accurate it does not damage healthy tissues. It is not suitable for everyone, but everyone that is suitable should have access.
