Those people that know me no I had the worst news anyone could be given, that my life time partner, dad and Grampy has battled the first diagnosis of cancer to be given the news that this time it’s terminal.

In true style he had defied all the odds and fought a brain matatsis as well as cancer in other parts of his body .

To then be told that early this year it had spread to his bones .

Yet again underwent treatment of a hip replacement to enable him to walk again and carry on with the fight .

Through all this my husband lost his best friend suddenly to heart failure at a time when you need your friend he was gone .

But with all this he has been a true inspiration fight the hardest fight with the positive strong attitude .

I would like to raise as much as I can to support Farleigh hospice . And British heart foundation . Two causes that need and deserve my support .

Farleigh Hospice is a registered charity (no. 284670) which provides hospice care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses across mid Essex.

They help patients to live as actively as possible from the point of diagnosis to the end of their life, by providing physical and emotional care, free of charge.

With approximately 40% of their yearly running costs being funded by the local NHS, they rely on the support and goodwill of the local mid Essex community to contribute to the £21,271 it costs to provide their services each day.💛
