🏔️ In September I’ll be hiking Rysy – the tallest mountain in Poland at 2503m – as part of a team challenge with my fantastic team members from FGH Security. Each of us is raising funds for a cause we care about, and I’ve chosen to support Kidney Research UK.

Kidney health is something I think about more than most – I was born with a small kidney (or my nemo fin my mum likes to call it). While it hasn’t affected me in day-to-day life so far, other than always asking for a ‘last-minute wee’.. it’s made me appreciate the importance of research in this area.

Kidney Research UK funds important work to improve the lives of people affected by kidney disease – from early detection to better treatment options.
