Story
I'm running the London marathon to raise money for Sue Ryder, a charity that support people through the most difficult times of their lives. Without their help, we wouldn't have been able to care for my step-mum Di, close to family and surrounded by love at home with us. Their support and kindness during that time meant everything to us and this marathon is my way of showing gratitude and helping to ensure they can continue supporting families facing similar challenges.
Di was the most wonderful woman and I'm running this marathon for her - for the challenges she embraced and the joy and positivity she brought to life.
Having this opportunity to support Sue Ryder is such a privilege and any donations big or small for a cause that provide support to those that need it most when life is so hard are deeply appreciated.
Thank you everyone, love you all.
This ones for you Di xx
