I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s four years ago, it came as a real shock. I was only 40.!

I always thought of Parkinson’s as an old man’s disease, however, researching my condition, it can strike at any age.

Parkinson’s Uk have been a great support to me! Helping me to come to terms with, and understanding how it will change my life going forward. So I was keen to organise a fundraiser to raise money to give a little bit back.

I have worked for Sainsbury’s London Colney for many years, they have also been very supportive, so I was really pleased when they agreed to let me hold my fundraiser at the store.

It’s on Saturday 13th April from 8am until 3pm.

There will be a raffle, lucky dip, cake and plant stalls.. One of the raffle prizes is a Signed Arsenal Football Shirt.!!

We would love it if you could come along on the day..! If you can’t make it then leave a donation on here..!
