We are 4 ladies who belong to Deal Walk and Talk Group. In a weeks time we will be setting off to take on yet another personal challenge and walk 84 miles around The North Loop of The Tarka Trail in North Devon. The scenery is spectacular but will not be easy on days 4 and 5 when we will be challenged on the extremely difficult uphills terrain of the coastal paths.

Training has been difficult due to the continued rain.

Last June one of our members Harry Taylor suffered a serious stroke. In order for him to get back to a better quality of life he undergoes ongoing treatment and support from the local physio and speech therapy teams. Without this support his recovery would not be improving.

All donations would be greatly appreciated in order to support these teams and will give us the motivation to complete our challenge.

We set our target to £500 being just over double of our combined ages.
