Swimming, Cycling & Running for Jaiden’s Journey! 🦸♂️🦹♂️
On Saturday 15th August 2026, we are heading to Dorney Lake in Windsor to take on the Half Superhero Tri to raise vital funds for my incredible son, Jaiden!
In this event, Jaiden is the ultimate Superhero, and I am honored to be his official Sidekick. Together, we'll be tackling a 400m swim, 10km cycle, and 2.5km push/run.
For safety reasons on the open water, I won't be able to tow Superhero Jaiden in a boat for the swim stage, so I’ll be taking on the 400m swim solo. But as soon as I hit land, I’ll be reuniting with my Superhero to tow him on the 10km bike ride and push him across the line for the 2.5km run stage!
Powering through all three stages as his Sidekick is going to take everything I’ve got, but it is nothing compared to the courage, strength, and determination Jaiden shows every single day of his life.
Jaiden’s Story
When Jaiden was born, our little family felt complete. But at just 7 weeks old, our world was turned upside down. On September 23rd, Jaiden suffered a severe brain hemorrhage. After emergency, lifesaving brain surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) ICU, doctors warned us that he would likely need continuous care for the rest of his life.
Since that terrifying day, Jaiden has been defying the odds. Now diagnosed with Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy and Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI), as well as global developmental delay, he continues to amaze everyone who knows him. He is a true fighter who has fought so hard to be here, and his strength and big smile inspire us every single day.
As his parents, we will leave no stone unturned to give him the very best future possible.
Where the Funds Go
We are raising funds for Just4Children to help provide Jaiden with the specialist therapies and equipment he needs to grow stronger and reach his full potential.
Every penny raised goes directly toward life-changing support, including:
Specialist Therapies: Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cranial Osteopathy, Chiropractic treatments, and MNRI therapy.
Essential Adaptive Equipment: Specialist mobility aids and assistive equipment to improve his quality of life and independence.
How You Can Help Save the Day
Our overall goal with Just4Children is to raise £100,000 for Jaiden's long-term therapies, and every single donation—no matter how small—gets us one step closer.
£10 helps toward specialized care essentials and session travel.
£25 helps contribute directly to a hydrotherapy or physio session.
£50 helps fund specialist equipment and intensive therapy blocks.
If you aren't able to donate right now, sharing this page with your family, friends, or on social media makes a massive difference to our mission.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for backing Superhero Jaiden and his Sidekick, and helping us give him the best possible opportunities in life! ❤️
