David Morrow will be piloting his electric chariot, Shirley Bragg will be running and Nigel Marsh and John Judd and John Egan will be riding their trusty bikes between the churches in the Tarrant Valley and surrounding area on 12 September for Ride + Stride 2026. The event raises vital funds to support the preservation and care of Dorset's historic churches. David, Nigel and the Johns would really appreciate if you would sponsor us. Nigel is aiming to visit as many churches as he can in a 100 kilometer route!

All of the funds we raise will be shared between St Mary's, Tarrant Gunville and Dorset's historic churches by the Dorset Historic Churches Trust, which raises funds to safeguard these treasured buildings for future generations.
