Story
I’m fundraising for MS Trust.
They are a UK charity who bring together expertise from every angle to help people feel more in control of their MS, today and every day. Through trusted information, compassionate support, the training of new MS healthcare professionals, and research rooted in real experience, they’re here for every MS. Every day.
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis September 8th 2018 although I had symptoms years before that.It is a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, disrupting how the body communicates with itself. It can cause a wide range of symptoms, including fatigue, mobility challenges, and changes in vision or balance. Living with MS can be unpredictable, but I’m determined to stay positive and keep moving forward. By supporting this fundraiser, you’re helping raise awareness and contribute to vital research and support for people like me living with MS.
During this fundraiser I will be completing a daily challenge I set myself. As each day living with MS can be unpredictable, one day I may walk 15,000 steps the next I may just manage something that seems small to someone else, such as washing my hair! I will be sharing the big and small wins to bring awareness.
Thank you so much for your support!
