Our vision is a world where communities live in dignity, harmony, and freedom. Chab Dai was started by a UK national in Cambodia in 2005 and developed local partnerships and competency within the anti-trafficking movement. Chab Dai means “joining hands” in Khmer and is an organization committed to working with diverse stakeholders to abolish all forms of abuse and exploitation. The UK charity promotes best practice through the Global Learning Community project by applying the experience gained from working in Cambodia and upscaling this to an international context. Global Learning Community works with partners to raise the standards of care for vulnerable populations and survivors of trafficking and exploitation. We do this through fostering greater collaboration and knowledge sharing between multi-sector stakeholders as well as building the capacity of anti-trafficking charities through advisory and resourcing support services. Our Mission is to end all forms of abuse and modern slavery globally by building a movement to empower communities, to strengthen systems, and to restore justice and wellbeing with survivors.
