Salaams everyone, I'll be participating in the Manchester Marathon this year to purely fund raise for Sudan.

Before the war erupted in April 2023, Sudan was already experiencing a severe humanitarian crisis that left 15.8 million people in need of humanitarian aid. The conflict has greatly exacerbated these conditions, surging displacement figures to 14.6 million and leaving 30.4 million people—more than half of Sudan’s population—in need of humanitarian support.

Sudan now represents the largest and fastest displacement crisis in the world. It is also the largest humanitarian crisis on record.

Human Appeal in Sudan has been supporting these families with everything they can and this Ramadan we are distributing specially made food parcels among hundreds of families.

Our team in Omdurman has distributed 500 food parcels that include, Onions, Dates, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Lentils and more essential items to help these families spend their Ramadan without worrying.

In total Human Appeal will be providing 1200 families in Sudan these food parcels before Ramadan starts so they can fast easily. An aim to ease some of the sufferings of these families HA will keep on supporting those in need around the world.
