Story

Dear Friends, Family, and supporters,

This year, I will be taking on a challenge close to my heart, and many peoples in the UK. I will be cycling in the UKCE Kent Classic (Middle route). It’s a mission to help combat a disease that affects so many lives.

Alzheimer’s disease is a cruel and relentless condition. It steals memories, independence, and eventually the lives of those we love. But together, we can make a difference. By supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK, we are funding crucial research that aims to understand, prevent, and ultimately cure Alzheimer’s.

The UKCE Kent Classic is a tough ride, with challenging routes through the beautiful Kent countryside. I’ll be cycling through winding roads, steep climbs, and, no doubt, facing some difficult moments along the way. But every mile I pedal will be for a cause that’s worth every ounce of effort.

My goal is to raise as much as I can to support Alzheimer’s Research UK in their fight against dementia. Your donation, no matter the size, will contribute to vital research, bringing us closer to breakthroughs that can change lives.

Please consider supporting my ride and helping to make a difference for the millions affected by Alzheimer’s. Together, we can help find a cure.

Every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia. Your donation helps their scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure for dementia.

Thank you so much for your generosity and support. It means the world to me and to everyone who is fighting this battle.
