This year’s Community Open Day invites visitors to step back in time and experience Taymouth Castle as it evolved through the 1920s,1940s and 1950s.

Working in partnership with Aberfeldy Drama Club and archive contributors, characters from the Hydro Hotel years, the Polish Military Hospital and the Civil Defence Training Centre will bring these remarkable chapters of history to life through short performances and storytelling.

We have therefore chosen to support Aberfeldy Drama Club this year, who are raising funds to purchase LED lighting in the Town Hall.

Taymouth Castle will match the total amount that is donated on the day.
