After having our little girl at St Michael’s Hospital last year, I don’t think we’ll ever be able to thank the incredible staff enough. They went above and beyond to support us throughout our journey.

Although our daughter’s arrival was far from the birth we had imagined, we were incredibly fortunate to leave the hospital with a healthy, happy baby girl in our arms.

During our time at St Michael’s, I remember seeing the tiny NICU cots on the ward and as we left the hospital with our daughter, we walked past the Cots for Tots House and I remember telling my husband how emotional I felt for the parents facing a much more difficult journey, and for the babies needing specialist care.

That moment has stayed with me ever since. St Michael’s does extraordinary work, and Cots for Tots provides vital support for premature and critically ill babies and their families during some of the most difficult times imaginable. While we were lucky enough not to need their services ourselves, I know how much they mean to the families who do.

This year I turn 30, and I’ve decided to mark the milestone by taking on a skydive to raise money for this incredible charity. If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, every contribution will help provide life-changing care and support for babies and families when they need it most.
