Story

The Time Based Arts team are riding in the Dunwich Dynamo yet again. This will be their third year to "race" the 120 miles from dead trendy London Fields to picturesque Dunwich Beach by bike. The race takes place at night, arriving in Dunwich as the sun rises. As a group they are raising funds for the 'Three Ells Trust'. The trust was set up by the parents of one of our engineers and all around 'fixer of things', Liam Naerger.

It’s one of the countless small grassroots charities doing incredible work that exist up and down the country - and we’re delighted to help raise as much as possible.

The Three Ells Trust (http://three-ells-trust.com/) was formed in 2000 by David and Helen Naerger following the loss of their son, Lewis, aged 16 years from an Osteosarcoma (Primary Bone Tumour). In September 2014, their son, Lloyd, came on-board. He soon became a trustee following the sad loss of David after a short battle with Renal Cell Carcinoma. Helen and her son Lloyd, along with support from his brother Liam, have continued the fantastic work that David was so passionate about.

The charity was set-up to make a difference to the lives of children, and their families, who have cancer or other life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses.
