Help keep the music playing!

We are four members of the Lewes, Glynde and Beddingham Brass band. Emma, Tom, Joy & Jess. Together, we are running the Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday 2 March 2025 - we can't wait (maybe)

We are running to raise funds for our fantastic band so they can buy much-needed music stands.

Now, we know what you're thinking - music stands?! Not the most dramatic cause. But imagine a brass band trying to perform while juggling sheet music in the wind, not a pretty sight.

Brass bands bring joy to the local community playing at local events, bonfire marches, our own concerts and contests, often for free. But like all good causes, we need a little bit of help to keep things playing.

Your donation, no matter how small, will help us buy sturdy and reliable music stands to ensure we can keep making music for years to come.
