Hello and welcome to Team CCC's page where we are fundraising for Dementia Active!

Our team (and their toes!) are taking on the 🔥Chippy Firewalk 2025🔥 hosted by Witney Rotary Club and will be walking over 20ft of flaming embers!

We are a homecare agency based in Chipping Norton and help those in our lovely local area by providing them with a bit of support so that they can continue to be independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Dementia is an incredibly isolating illness for all of those involved, whether that be the individual, their spouses and their families. The value of spending time with others who can share this sense of isolation simply cannot be overestimated.

Dementia Active are just fantastic. They offer a range of small and safe social activity groups in Oxfordshire for people with dementia and create a sense of community for those affected by it.
