Help us change the story of cancer at the Cambridge Dragon Boat Race 2026!

The 20th Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival takes place on Saturday 5th September on the River Cam at Fen Ditton.

The Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital project team, supported by colleagues working in Cancer services at Addenbrooke’s and our amazing Patient Advisory Group are excited to be taking part in the boat festival this year.

We’re hoping to make a big splash and ‘drum up’ further support for the East of England’s future cancer hospital.

The facility will bring together clinical and research expertise in a new world-class hospital designed in partnership with our patients. We will detect cancer earlier, treat it more precisely and save more lives.

All funds raised from the Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival 2026 via Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust will be supporting Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.
