Sunday 8th September is the approximate one year anniversary of our getting together in Winchmore Hill to say goodbye to Chris - our amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, in-law, teacher and friend. We will be taking part in the London Bridgeathon, walking to honour Chris, share memories, celebrate his life and support each other as we continue to come to terms with our loss.

Throughout his treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, Chris fought long and hard through some highs and many, many lows - it is a truly horrible disease - so it is in his honour that we are walking. Around 25 family members will be taking part in the walk and we’d love it if you could support us in this fundraising event.

The London Bridgeathon is an annual event organised by and raising money for Haematology Cancer Care - the charity that supports the UCLH Grafton Way Building where Chris received much of his treatment and care.
