Hi my name is Emily and when I was 19 months old my mum Charlotte died. Now I'm 13 and I'm doing this walk around London with my dad John, my aunt, my uncle and cousins (Team Crozier and Frost) so we can raise money for children like me who have lost their mum or dad.

Winston's Wish helped me when they did a walk around Bristol and now they help lots of children by phone and online as well. And they're trying to help schools get better at helping kids like me after their parent died. So it's a very good cause and please sponsor us so we can give them some money.

"£8 could provide a set of crafts and activities, including all of the materials needed to make a memory jar which serve as a reminder of special memories shared with their loved one.

£12 could enable us to provide one child with a memory box that can be used to store treasured objects, helping them to remember their loved one in a way that is personal to them.

£26 Could cover the cost of an online information session led by a Winston's Wish bereavement support worker."
