My names Dylan, I'm 13 and I'm fundraising with my mum for the hospital that's looking after me

I know £6000 is a lot of money but it will pay for Youth Services to run youth club for a whole year for teenagers that are very poorly.

While I've been going through surgeries and dialysis and stuff a youth worker called Chris has been helping me. He does stuff like takes loads of teenagers on holiday at once because when you're on dialysis it's really hard to go on holiday because you need dialysis at least three times a week to stay alive. So people get to go away with him and nurses.

He comes to my house and speaks to my school and the doctors about what I need. There's a few youth workers that do this and I want to help them to be able to do it by fundraising enough for the Youth Club to keep running for another year so teenagers can spend time together there. It's not in the hospital so it's a break from medical stuff.

If you can help me do this I'd be really grateful.
