Team Dynamis is excited to announce our sponsorship of the ADHD Foundation through the Upgrade Training Programme, in collaboration with the Enable ERG.

The Foundation stands as the UK's foremost charity dedicated to neurodiversity, providing services that focus on the strengths of individuals across their lifespan. It supports the one in five people who experience ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, DCD (Developmental Coordination Disorder), Dyscalculia, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Tourette’s Syndrome, among other conditions.

Given the close connection of these issues to our team members, this partnership was a natural fit for us.

Shaun one of our team members has a family consisting of three boys aged 7, 5, and 6 months. Three years ago, we noticed our middle child's solitary play habits and distinct behaviours, especially as he approached preschool age. His preference for playing alone and unusual interactions with toys, along with mouthing small objects, raised concerns, leading to evaluations and consultations with specialists. Despite passing hearing tests, our son remained nonverbal by age 5. After a two-year journey of assessments and therapy sessions, he was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and Pica in late 2023.
