In August 2023 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Following my recovery Dave and I decided we would like to give something back and help raise money for this extremely important and worthy cause.

On May 25th, 2024 for the Snowdonia Mighty Hike - a full marathon trek through the breathtaking Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. We are participating in this event to raise vital funds for people living with cancer through the Eryri (Snowdonia) Mighty Hike 2024 campaign.

Cancer is a disease that affects us all, whether directly or indirectly. That's why we have pledged to raise £500 for this cause. By reaching our fundraising goal, we could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker for four days who could provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer.
