Team Flexera are back at it with the Summer Challenge 2023 after raising a staggering £6986 in 2022, but this time we are going bigger than ever!

36 participants over 2 days to complete 1 of the following events, all in aid of two wonderful charities, Shine and Llanberis Mountain Rescue!

Event 1: Welsh 3000 hitting 13 peaks including Snowdon, Elidir Fawr, Y Garn, Glyder Fawr, Gylder Fach, Tryfan, Pen ye Ole Wen, Carnedd Dafydd, Ye Elen, Carnedd Llewelyn, Foel Crach, Garnedd Uchaf and Foel-fras 

Event 2: Snowdown peak three times including Watkins, Rhyd-Ddu, Llanberis, Pyg, Miners and Ranger 

Event 3: 20 mile walk around Snowdonia including Aber Falls, Caernarfon castle and the coast

About Llanberis Mountain Rescue:

Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team is one of the busiest in the UK with an annual callout rate of over 220 incidents. Based in and around the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) area the team is made up of about 50 volunteers from all walks of life who are all experienced mountaineers. As a registered charity, we rely entirely on your donations to carry out the work we do in helping other mountain users.
