Hannah, Brian, Nia, Olivia and Matt are taking part in the Superhero Tri for White Lodge.

We are participating in the half Superhero Tri distance which involves a 400m swim in Dorney Lake, 10 km cycle and 2.5km wheel/walk/run.

Hannah is hoping to take on the 400m swim. It will be her first time in a lake and cold water often makes her spasm so along with the feat of getting a wetsuit on and off (which will also be a first) and being lifted in-it will certainly be a challenge. Nia will be swimming with Hannah and Olivia and Matt joining them.

Brian, Olivia and Matt will then take on the 10km cycle.

Finally, the whole team will complete the 2.5km walk/run/wheel to the finish line.

White Lodge is a charity that supports disabled children, young people and adults with disabilities in Surrey.

Hannah is an ambassador for White Lodge and has attended White Lodge twice a week for a combination of Fitness, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy since 2012.

We are embracing the challenge to support White Lodge to continue to provide vital services for disabled people.
