The team at Inter-Haul are proudly raising funds in support of Marie Curie Hospice, Cardiff and the Vale.

This vital hospice provides expert care and support to people living with a terminal illness, both within the hospice itself and throughout the local community. A dedicated team of nurses, doctors, therapists, and social workers work tirelessly to ensure each day is meaningful for every individual they support.

The Inter-Haul Team will be participating in one of Europe’s largest and most inclusive half marathons, the Cardiff Half, on Sunday 4th October 2026.

The fast, flat course winds through Cardiff’s most iconic sights — from Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium, to the Civic Centre and Cardiff Bay.
