On the 7th November, 2024, we said goodbye to a beloved Son, grandson, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and friend. Jordan, throughout his life suffered with Cystic Fibrosis. Our daily activities, were his daily struggles. Jordan was an infectious character, who left his mark on everybody in his life. He was the first person to make us smile and spread an infectious laughter amongst anyone he was with using his incredible banter and beautiful sense of humour.

Jordan will be missed by many, but forgotten by none.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK. One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing.

Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting our physical health, mental wellbeing and how we choose to live our lives. But our community is uniting towards the ultimate goal of effective treatment for all.
