This year a group of us will be walking 13.5 miles for St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth in memory of the wonderful Julie O'Reilly.

Julie was one of a kind - a beautiful, kind, funny and incredibly strong woman. She was an amazing wife, mum, sister and friend. After fighting cancer for 3 years, she sadly passed away in June 2025. She is missed every single day and will never be forgotten. We’re doing this in her memory and we know she would love that we’ve come together for it.

Julie was a keen supporter of St Luke’s, taking part in the Midnight Walk many times and enjoying every minute of it. We also saw first hand just how vital their work is during Julie’s final months. The support from the nurses during such a difficult time was truly incredible and we wouldn’t have got through it without them.
