After the loss of our incredible father in 2025, we decided to take on a challenge that would stretch each of our fitness levels, raising money for the incredible charity MacMillan Cancer Support, and it’s going to be a real family affair…

Kaylei embarks as a Hyrox first timer, and will take on the mixed doubles challenge with Dave!

Simon dabbled in Hyrox a few years ago, so is tiptoeing back in with a doubles event, also with Dave!

And lastly Dave, the Hyrox veteran among us… takes on a single race in the same week as the two doubles with Kaylei & Simon!

For anyone who’s experienced witnessing a loved one battle with Cancer, they know this challenge is trivial in comparison, and that the incredible support from teams like MacMillan Cancer Support is invaluable.
