‘Don’t Man Up, Speak Up’

We want to help raise awareness around men's mental health, and fundraise to support the fantastic work of Aberdeenshire-based mental health charity Men United

Founded four years ago by Sandy Garvock, the organisation supports men who are struggling with their mental health, giving them a safe space to meet others and talk.

With a permanent base and drop-in centre in Peterhead, and groups in Turriff and Newmachar, the charity delivers a range of services, helping break down the stigma often associated with men’s mental health with the clear message: ‘Don’t Man Up, Speak Up’

Team Motive are proud to support Men United in any way we can and plan a range of fundraising activities in the coming months.
