The Big Sleepout 2024
Campaign by Streetlife (RCN 1078167)
Every year over 150 people spend a night sleeping on the street outside St John’s Church, Blackpool to raise awareness and vital funds to keep Streetlifes emergency night shelter open for people aged 16-25.

Story

We are spending the night sleeping on the street so a vulnerable young person doesn't have to!

On the 22nd March 2024, we will be sleeping outside St. John’s Church in Blackpool’s town centre to raise much needed funds for our local partner charity, Streetlife. The Big Sleep Out raises vital funds to keep Blackpool's only emergency night shelter open for vulnerable young people aged 16-25.

The funds raised during the Big Sleep Out go towards the annual operating costs to keep this emergency night shelter open all year round. Providing emergency accommodation for homeless young people, including a friendly and safe environment; access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities; and hot meals and further support from trained staff, the Night Shelter is vital.

We'd love it if you'd be able to support our Norbain Team braving the streets, by donating big or small and sharing our fundraising page!

Thank you!
