In May 2024, #TeamReconomy are entering into The Chester Half Marathon in support of our charity partner, The National House Project (NHP).

Working with local councils and businesses, NHP runs multiple projects for care leavers across the UK to help them develop a sense of community, fulfilment and interdependence.

All the sponsorship money raised from our runners will be going towards the provision of white goods (fridge/washing machine) for young care leavers moving into their first home.

NHP has been covering this expense but may no longer be able to do so due to rising costs. Providing every young person with the means to wash their clothes and keep food fresh is an absolute essential and we would like to help as many young people as we can!
