Sofia was born last year with complex congenital heart defects. She spent a total of 9 weeks in hospital during her first 6 months of life and had to undergo 6 heart surgeries. The Children's Heart Surgery Fund provided invaluable support during this time and continue to do so. Please help us raise some vital funds so they can continue to do the amazing work that they do!
