Team Schoeller's Newcastle to Edinburgh Cycle Challenge 2024 for Transaid!

September 19th, six colleagues Schoeller Holdings (SHL), Columbia Shipmanagement (CSM) and AAL Shipping (AAL), will cycle 160 miles and a climb of 7,300 feet over 48 hours in the Transaid Newcastle to Edinburgh Charity Cycle Challenge.
‘TEAM SCHOELLER’ aims to raise money for a wonderful charity, Transaid, and comprises our Group CFO, Kyriakos Vlachos; AAL riders Eike Muentz, John Pittalis and Ricarda Lewandowski; and CSM representatives Gregory Spourdalakis and Nicolas Papados – the group made up of a mixture of both experienced and novice cyclists.
Transaid undertakes transformative work across Africa and was founded by Save the Children, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), and its Patron, HRH The Princess Royal. It has over 25 years’ worth of experience in over 23 countries helping under privileged communities across the African continent to transform their lives.
