We’re hosting a Garden Festival Event on the afternoon (12.30-5.30pm) of Saturday 5th July 2025.

We’ll be raising money for The Primrose Foundation, a charitable organisation who help fund and support the Breast Care Cancer Unit at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. We also want to raise awareness about routine mammogram screening, particularly the accessibility of such services in our rural communities. More than 30% of women don’t attend, when invited! That’s thousands of women walking around with undiagnosed breast cancer, as a consequence. This free service can save lives and prevent long term debilitating and palliative treatments.

I (Tara) know first hand, how vital these services are, having been diagnosed with an invasive but very treatable breast cancer in 2024, thanks to a routine mammogram invitation. Imagine where I’d be today if I hadn’t turned up!

So come and enjoy the Festival. Free entry, Free parking, Free live music entertainment, a bar, marquee, food vans, stalls, games and more. All Donations and a percentage of profits from sales go to The Primrose Foundation, to support the vital work they do for our community.
