Andy Lash -- son, brother, uncle, general man-about-town -- has been at Matheny since the late 1970s, making him one of their elder statesmen. (He turns 55 this summer, making him the oldest of the three siblings.)

Andy's life has been improved in ways we cannot fully describe by the caring staff of Matheny. We need more facilities like Matheny and to keep Matheny strong. If you'd be willing to donate to their largest fundraiser, I'd be most appreciative!

The mission of the Matheny School and Hospital is to provide exceptional care and an optimal quality of life for children and adults with special needs and medically complex developmental disabilities.

Matheny is a nonprofit organization founded in 1946 and headquartered in Somerset County, New Jersey. It is comprised of a special long-term care hospital, seven community group homes, two adult day centers, a private special school for children ages 3 – 21, a fine arts program, and outpatient dental, seating, and medical clinics serving the community.
